Active Programs

When a program is live/running (Program Status:Active) and contacts begin receiving your messaging, your job is largely done. As you begin to receive responses, you will be notified of them. Some responses will require you to take action - whereby you will need to manually take over the conversation from that point forward. Other responses will be handled by our AI Response Classification & Conversation Progression Engine on your behalf - until such time as they too require your manual management going forward or they reach their natural conclusions. You can always decide to stop the AI Automation of a conversation and take the conversation over manually if you prefer. Learn more FAQ: What is a Handover. IMPORTANT NOTE: The AI Conversation Automation engine is currently specifically designed for email outreach activities where the sender is trying to establish a new relationship with someone they have no prior relationship with - the goal being an agreement between two parties to meet either in person, over the phone or via video chat. It is not currently designed to cater for and automate conversations related to other use cases. If your program purpose/use case doesn’t involve this approach, then the AI Response Labelling and Conversation Progression Automation may not work for you or may only work in part. Where this is the case, conversations will be handed over to you for manual management, a lot earlier than we would otherwise like. Rest assured however that we are working hard on broadening the automation capabilities of our AI Conversation Automation Engine so that it can do more to automate the progression of a larger variety of conversation types on your behalf.
