Hypadrive.ai allows you to easily import and export contact records into and out of your Hypadrive.ai Business Account. When you want to add contacts to an outreach program, you can upload the list of contacts via the Audience Criteria step of the Create a Program process. Once your program has run, you can easily export the contact records out of Hypadrive.ai and back into your source of truth e.g. your chosen CRM platform.
NOTE 1 : Hypadrive.ai is not a replacement for a CRM platform - it is designed to work alongside your chosen CRM platform. However, Hypadrive.ai does store and maintain a copy of the contacts you upload so you always have a clear record in Hypadrive.ai of who you reached out to, and the details associated with that activity. This record also enables Hypadrive.ai to provide your team with useful notifications and protection measures to prevent poor recipient experience e.g. preventing 2 seperate members of your team trying to contact the same contact with 2 different messages at the same time.
NOTE 2 : We are currently working on integrations with a range of the most used CRM platforms. We will release these capabilities to our platform as they become available to make passing data from your CRM platform and Hypadrive.ai, seamless and instant without the need for manual operating.
To export contacts from Hypadrive.ai please go to the 'Contacts' section of the application.
On the top right hand corner of the page you will see an Export button.
You can either Export All Contacts in the Contacts section (OR) you can Export Contacts associated with a specific program you have run.
Once you make your selection, a .CSV file will be generated and downloaded to your device with all the information related to the contacts in your export including their user details, the communication history, how many programs they were part of etc...
You can then decide how to best merge the contact data records with your chosen CRM platform.
