Hypadrive.ai's offers you an AI Automation capability which is designed to handle part of the conversation for you - specifically automating the early stages of conversations with new contacts. At some point though, a conversation will become too complex and detailed for Hypadrive.ai to automate and will require you to manually takeover the conversation in order to continue progressing it towards your desired end goal.

At such points, Hypadrive.ai will create Handover Actions for you and will notify you of these actions. You will then need to continue progressing the dialogue with the contact in question, manually.
