What our use of AI means for you as a user of Hypadrive.ai.

Leveraging AI Technology

AI is in our name - here is why (and what it means for you as a user of Hypadrive.ai). Leveraging AI technology allows us to provide you with a better product experience as well as help you to optimise your communication activities so you have a better chance at achieving your communication goals.

This means helping you make better decisions such as; who to target, how many and what channel touchpoints to use, writing effective touchpoint messaging, determining the optimal time of day to contact people, surfacing insights from what is working in the market based on both your own performance and the performance of others like you etc... It also means lightening your workload by automating tasks that would otherwise be quite time consuming, including but not limited to analysing responses you receive from contacts you reach out to, labelling the responses and then helping you to automate the progression of those conversations - because lets face it, communication is about patterns and more often than not, you are dealing with repetitive patterns that you should be able to automate in order to save yourself time.

For example, if you are prospecting and reaching out to people you have no prior relationship with, and they fail to respond to your email - following them up is not a task you should need to think about doing - it should be automated. Similarly, if someone responds saying they are the wrong person for your inquiry, asking them who the right person would be is not a task you should need to do manually each time someone says they are the wrong person.

In both these examples (and many more scenarios) Hypadrive.ai classifies the responses you receive, labels them correctly and based on the context of the response, follows a best practice logic tree for deciding how to progress the conversation towards your ultimate goal e.g. meetings with contacts you are interested in.

Please note: AI Classification is a relatively new and innovative feature, it is currently designed to help specifically with the cold outreach prospecting use case - where your objective is a meeting with people you have no prior relationship with. If your use case is something other than cold outreach with the purpose of booking meetings, the AI Classification engine will not be available just yet.
