What if I want to takeover a conversation early and manage it manually/stop the automation?

This is possible and we call this a 'Takeover' (which is a type of Handover Action; stopping any further automation related to a conversation with a prospect and handing over from Hypadrive.ai to you).

At anytime, you can choose to takeover any conversation and stop the subsequent automation associated with it. You may choose to do this if for example:

• you see a contact is from a particular company and you want to customise your response to them
• you find that you have a very close mutual connection with the contact and again wish to customise your response to them, etc

Whatever your reason for wanting to take over the conversation manually, you can easily do this in a few ways e.g. via the email notifications you get from us letting you know that you have received a response (OR) via the communication thread which you have for each contact showing you the history of the communication with the contact (there is a specific button to "Stop the AI and Takeover Manually").
