How to view User Activity Log

You have a full record of each users activity on the Business Account. Each user can view their own user activity log, and Admin / Primary Account Admins can view the activity log of any user. Each program also has an activity log documenting which user did what action in relation to the program - any user on the Business Account can view this.

To View Your Own User Activity Log

Step 1.

Login and navigate to 'My Account Settings'.

Step 2.

On the top right hand corner of the 'My Account' tab in the 'My Account Settings' section, you will see the 'View My User Details' button/link. This will open an information summary about your user account.

Step 3.

One of the pieces of information in the user account summary is the User Activity Log. Click the 'Show full history' button/link to see the full activity log related to your user account.

To View a Programs Activity Log

Step 1.

Navigate to the Program Details page of the specific program for which you want to see the activity history for.

Step 2.

On the right hand side you will see the User Activity Log. Click the 'View Activity' button/link which will open the activity log showing all actions taken by all users with regards to the program you are viewing.

To View the Business Account Activity Log

NOTE: The below can only be viewed by Admin users or the Primary Account Admin user.

Step 1.

Navigate to the Business Account Settings section.

Step 2.

Go to the Your User List Tab. In this tab on the top right hand corner of the page you will see a link/button to View 'Account Activities'. Clicking on this button will open the activity log containing an aggregated view of all the actions of all users associated with the business account.
