How to edit a Contact Record /Change 'Current Contact Status'

You can at anytime edit a contact record stored within your Hypadrive.ai Business Account. You may wish to do this to update a contacts contact information e.g. their email address, or add a new contact channel to the contact e.g. their linkedin account. Or you may need to change the Current Contact Status type.

You can edit a contact record in 2 places.

  1. The Audience Criteria Step when creating/configuring a Draft program.
  2. The 'Contacts' section of the application - where all contacts associated with your Business Account are stored.

In either location, to edit a contact record:

Step 1.

Click on the contact record you want to edit. This will open a modal with the information related to the contact.

Step 2.

Click the EDIT button to change any of the fields of information provided. Once you have completed you edits to the contact record press SAVE to save the changes.
