How to create and use 'Content Assets'

Content Assets is part of your Business Account that stores, helps you create and tracks content assets/materials to use in your outreach programs. When you include content in your messages, the content will be added as links that your intended prospect can interact with (this is best practice). When you want to use a content asset in your communication e.g. a case study, or a product specification sheet etc... we ask that you create it as a link and provide some information about the content contained in the link so that our system can track this for you and begin to offer you optimisation suggestions about the type of content you may like to consider creating and using in outreach programs to increase performance of your efforts.

There are 2 ways you can create a new Content Asset:

  1. via the Program Details page of a Draft Program, inside the Outreach Sequence and Touchpoint Messaging step, inside the specific touchpoint where you want to use a content asset.
  2. via the Content Assets tab in the main left hand navigation bar. When you add the Content Asset in the Content Assets section, it will be available for use when you are creating your outreach sequences and touchpoint messages.

Either way the process is the same.

Step 1.

Click Create/Add New Asset - this will open a pop up with steps to complete the asset link creation process.

Step 2.

You will be guided to provide some information about the asset you want to link to. This information helps our system analyse your program performance and track how contacts you are reaching out to are engaging with it. These insights are vital for your ability to optimise your outreach overtime.

Step 3.

Once you have provided the information, you can include the link anywhere in the messaging of your outreach sequence touch-points.
