How to create an Account

Accounts on Hypadrive.ai are Business Accounts - created on behalf of a business. Each user in the team is a user under the Business Account. The user who creates the Business Account is the first user associated with the Business Account and assumes the role of Primary Account Admin. Any user who wishes to join a Business Account must be invited by an existing user with Primary Account Admin or Account Admin level permissions.

To create a Business Account, follow the steps below

Step 1:

Go to app.hypadrive.ai/signup. You will be prompted to signup using your business email address (for the business you want to create the account for). Enter the required sign up details including your email address and your desired access password.

NOTE: your email address must be a work address associated with a work domain.

Step 2:

You will receive an email confirmation code to the email address you used to create your account. Retrieve this code from your email address and enter this code into the box provided on the sign up page.

Step 3:

If the code is accepted, you will receive a confirmation prompt and will be directed to the login page where you can log into your newly created account using the login credentials you just created (email and password).

NOTE: alternatively, you can sign up with your Google for Business Workspace account.

Step 4:

Once logged in to your newly created business account (for which you will be considered the first user/the Primary Account Admin user), the first thing you must do in order to complete the account creation process and begin using Hypadrive.ai is complete the user onboarding steps and information. This includes brief infromation about you and about your business. This information is essential for our ability to verfiy the authenticity of yourself as a user of our platform as well as help you optimise your program performance over the life of your account with Hypadrive.ai.

Step 5:

Begin creating programs. Once you have completed onboarding, you may begin creating programs and adding team members to the Business Account.
