How to create a Program

Creating a Program

Step 1:

Log into your account and navigate to the Create New Program button - this button is located throughout the application but you can universally find the Create New Program button on the top right hand side of the application on all pages.

Step 2:

Select the Create New Program button and follow the steps to configure the program per your requirements.

NOTE: The number of steps involved in Creating a Program differ slightly depending on the type of program you are creating.

All program types however require you to:

1. Specify your Program Purpose

The program purpose will be the name of your program. This information will also be used by our AI Engine to analyse your performance and drive insights to optimise your future outreach efforts.

NOTE: The setup steps can vary depending on the purpose you select so it is important that you select the most appropriate/accurate program purpose.

2. Add Contacts or a Contact Source

The people you will be contacting through the program.

3. Define your Outreach Sequence (number of touchpoints, type of touchpoint and the order of the touchpoints) & Touchpoint messaging for each touchpoint.
4. Nominate and Setup the Sender

Who the communication will be coming from/the human who the communication is on behalf of.

5. Review & Approve

Confirming the program details and approving the program for launch.
