Pausing a program and pausing your account are 2 separate and unrelated functions.
A program (or campaign if you will) is a predefined set of communication activities that will be automatically executed on your behalf to a list of contacts you provide. As you would naturally expect, Hypadrive.ai provides you will full program control functionality. You can create draft programs, schedule programs for launch at later dates, launch programs, stop programs and if required you can also pause your program. NOTE: pausing a program DOES NOT have any impact on account billing/the services we charge your Business Account for.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are 2 types of pause related to a program:
Hypadrive.ai currently only allows you to do the first type; i.e. prevent any approved contacts who have not yet been entered into your programs outreach sequence from being entered and receiving your first communication touchpoint.
You are not currently able to pause 'in progress communication' with contacts who have already been entered into your programs outreach sequence; communication with those contacts will continue until such time as those conversations reach their natural conclusions or you decide to stop the program all together (STATUS: Stopped).
Pausing your account on the other hand relates to you stopping billing charges for the services we provide you; thereby also temporarily loosing access to those services. When it comes to pausing your account we offer our users the ability to temporarily deactivate (or pause, if you will) their accounts with us. Doing so allows you to temporarily stop all charges associated with your Hypadrive.ai Business Account; until such time as you wish to resume them.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you pause / temporarily deactivate your businesses Hypadrive.ai account, an action that can only be done by the Primary Account Admin user, the account reverts to its 'free account' state. This means that only the Primary Account Admin user will be able to access the businesses account; all other users will no longer be able to sign in via their user accounts to access the teams business account whilst the account is paused / temporarily deactivated. The Primary Account Admin user who still has access to the account will be able to access all data in the account - HOWEVER, they will NOT be able to launch new programs or add new users to the account until they begin paying for the relevant user seats and services once again. Your business account will automatically resume when you resume paying for your previous services (resume service) or begin paying for new services.
