Hypadrive.ai bills you, the customer, on a per user seat basis. You pay a monthly fee for each active user seat you have associated with your businesses Hypadrive.ai account.
The cost of a user seat depends on the specific Hypadrive.ai plan you are on. Hypadrive.ai has 2 plans:
PLEASE NOTE: On top of the user seat you pay monthly for which gives you access to the core Hypadrive.ai platform and its functionality, we do offer additional as required ad hoc services which you are able to make use of. These services include help sourcing contact information for your outreach programs, as well as help setting up and configuring your email infrastructure through which you will be sending your email communications; specifically to aid in your email deliverability and email sender reputation. These services are offered to you via the platform interface and you choose to purchase them in addition to your monthly user seat, at your discretion to suit your needs.
Which plan you and your team should look to use comes down to the type of outreach you plan on doing via the Hypadrive.ai platform, as well as your specific skills, resources and experience. Email is typically the easiest contact information to find for an individual contact/prospect and is also generally speaking the most preferred communication method in a business to business (b2b) context/environment. However having said that, email alone can be challenging to engage new contacts on because many of the contacts you want to reach out to get sent many email messages from others like you who are also trying to reach them. For time poor beginners, the email outreach plan makes a lot of sense and gives you an easy way of executing outreach communication tactical activities to engage your audiences and grow your business. For more experienced and sophisticated teams with professional and dedicated sales functions in particular, the multi-channel outreach plan gives you a greater ability to design and execute more complex and tailored communication activities.
You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime via the Business Account Settings > Account Billing tab. Upgrading or downgrading your plan will mean that all users associated with your business account will move to your newly selected plan and will therefore have according access to the platform functionalities as offered by the selected plan. If upgrading your plan, each user seat on your team account will begin billing in accordance with the price of the upgraded plan; the date of upgrade will be your new monthly renewal date for each user seat. If downgrading to from multichannel to the email only plan, your team will continue to have access to the multichannel outreach functionality until the end of your current renewal period and when the user seats renew, they will renew at the new plans monthly user seat pricing.
