What happens if I permanently delete or temporarily disable / deactivate my Hypadrive.ai Business Account?

In both cases, any scheduled or active programs will be stopped. You will receive an email notifying you of any outstanding actions that remain unactioned at the time you proceed with deactivating or deleting your business account.

These actions can only be done by your Primary Account Admin user.

If Temporarily Deactivating your Business Account, your Primary Account Admin user will continue to be able to access the Business Account but will not be able to add team members or execute programs whilst the Business Account is Deactivated. All other users will NOT be able to access the Business Account while it is deactivated.

If Permanently Deleting your Business Account, all data associated with the account will be deleted. You will not be able to access or resume a Permanently Deleted Business Account; this is a permanent action.
