Is there a limit to the number of emails I am able to send per day from each of my connected email accounts?

Hypadrive.ai does limit send volumes in certain situations based on the type of communication you are executing and what its intention is. Number of emails you can send via the Hypadrive.ai platform, for example, depends on the type of communication you are executing. If you are communicating with people you know and have some form of existing relationship/communication history with, then there are no limits. Such programs/campaigns in Hypadrive.ai are known as 'People I Know' type of programs. When it comes to communicating with new audiences or 'Cold Outreach' program types to 'New Contacts' Hypadrive.ai does impose send volume limits on the number of messages you are able to send to new contacts using your connected channels on the Hypadrive.ai platform.

The main limits we enforce with regards to email are a maximum of 50 emails per day from any email address and a suggested maximum of 2 email accounts per domain. So when using 2 email accounts associated with 1 email domain, your maximum send volumes per day will be 100 emails per day from 1 dedicated cold outreach email domain.

The volume limits have been created for your own protection/to protect Hypadrive.ai users from poor practices that are easy to end up becoming involved in. They are designed to help you achieve better results and to be compliant as a sender; they are not designed to be draconian control mechanisms to limit you for any other reason than protecting you (the Sender) and maximising your chances of achieving positive outcomes.

As a user of communication automation tools like Hypadrive.ai, you will likely have a range of use cases you wish to use the platform/tool for. In Hypadrive.ai, when creating a new outreach program/campaign, we ask that you define the type and purpose of your intended communication; this is so our AI can help you optimise your efforts and increase results by first understanding what you are trying to achieve and then leveraging our AI's vast knowledgebase and experience with similar businesses to propose optimisation suggestions to you.

Whenever you choose the program type 'Cold Outreach', you are engaging in an activity that is important to do and can offer great returns for your business but is simultaneously inherently more difficult to do/involves much lower response and engagement rates than when communicating to 'People I Know' who you have some prior communication history with. 'Cold Outreach' to 'New Audiences' is more complex and difficult to do sustainably partly because of the nature of the activity (people are inherently less open to unsolicited contact from strangers) and partly because practitioners to date have essentially abused the system (the system which has been open to abuse over the past few years but is now tightening up to prevent abuse as more and more practitioners adopt platforms like Hypadrive.ai to automate their cold outreach/direct contact activities). On top of this there are security and privacy considerations intertwined; both security measures implemented by channel providers (LinkedIn and Gmail for example) and privacy regulations implemented by law/policy makers (e.g. GDPR for Europe, CAN-SPAM for USA, Electronic Messaging Act for Australia and New Zealand etc...) are stronger and carry more punishment now than ever before; forcing practitioners to 'know more' about increasingly technical requirements to ensure they don't breach the new and evolving regulations/don't get blocked as users of communication channels by the companies providing those services e.g. email, LinkedIn, SMS etc...

It is because of these increased technicalities that Hypadrive.ai has specifically been created; to help users 'fly right' and give those needing to connect with new audiences the best tools (and protections) possible. When it comes to 'Cold Outreach' communication, part of this means helping you by building in limits to protect you from hurting yourself as a sender and giving you advise on what to do if you run into issues/best practice with setup etc... There is so much to become familiar with and most of you (current and prospective Hypdrive.ai users) wont have the time or the ability to quickly and confidently pick this up/be able to put it to use; so we have developed our platform and AI Systems to take care of much of this decision making on your behalf, so you can focus on outcomes, not technicalities.

Each communication channel you wish to use, has different limitations put on it. LinkedIn for example has different sending limits than Email does. Hypadrive.ai doesn't create these sending limits (limits are created by the channel/platform providers themselves), but for 'Cold Outreach' use cases Hypadrive.ai has developed an AI decision making engine that takes into account a variety of factors to manage the volume of your sending as an added protection to help prevent you from being blocked as a sender on a given channel. IMPORTANT NOTE: at the end of the day, Hypadrive.ai's protections will only get you so far, if you are executing 'Cold Outreach' programs/campaigns sending poor quality messages to poorly targeted/irrelevant contacts, then no matter what limits we apply to protect you from spam-like sending patterns, you will more than likely run into message deliverability problems that you will then need an expert to help you address; you can use any expert but we recommend Hypadrive.ai Certified Expert Partners. The main channel Hypadrive.ai implements send volume limits and management on is Email, as this channel is the most technical one to manage. There are a variety of factors that you (the Sender) need to take into account in order to build up a sender reputation using email domains/accounts such as domain age, sending history, natural sending patterns/behaviors etc...; all of which Hypadrive.ai helps manage on your behalf to help you be more productive.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your messages are receiving positive engagement (which equates to positive Sender reputation and therefore your ability to have more of your messages delivered to the inboxes of your contacts/prospects) and you wish to increase send volumes so you can reach more people via email in a given time period, you are able to connect multiple email accounts/domains to a program so that the sending will be spread across the connected email accounts; this feature is called Mailbox Rotation.
