When it comes to cancelling your subscription to our service, we need to consider it from 2 perspectives:
At anytime a team Admin user can decide to deactivate the user seat of another user in the team and cancel the monthly subscription (cancel service) related to the specific users monthly user seat fee.
(NOTE: Primary Admin users can deactivate any user, team Admin user can ONLY deactivate Team member users; they cannot deactivate users who have a equal or higher user role than themselves. Team Member users cannot manage other users).
Deactivating a user from the Business Account Settings > Your User List section of the application will automatically cancel the service and stop future charges for their user seat. You can also cancel the service from the Business Account Settings > Account Billing section of the application. Either action will stop charging your team account for the user seat of the specific user who you are cancelling the service for.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Cancelling a user seat / deactivating a user will immediately stop that user from being able to access their user seat on your teams Hypadrive.ai business account. The user in question will be marked as 'Inactive' in 'Your User List' and will no longer be able to access their user account or your teams Hypadrive.ai Business Account.
NOTE: the individual user can also choose to leave the team account on their own accord. This action is controlled by the individual user and will prevent any other user from using their profile as a sender. This action by the user will also automatically change their user seat status to 'Inactive' and will automatically cancel the service and stop charging the teams Hypadrive.ai Business Account for the exiting users user seat (the monthly user seat charges related to the exiting user will not renew on the future months anniversary date. Any user who is invited to join a team can decide to leave the team via My Account Settings > My Account > Leave Team/Delete My User Account.
If you want to stop all payments (cancel all services you are currently paying for/have paid to access) associated with your Hypadrive.ai Business Account; you are able to do so. NOTE: this action can only be made by the teams Primary Account Admin user. You can achieve this by cancelling each service individually until you have no more paid for services remaining - OR - the recommended way - would be to Temporarily Pause / Deactivated your teams Hypadrive.ai Business Account. Temporarily Pausing / Deactivating your teams Hypadrive.ai Business Account will immediately stop all future charges associated with your account. IMPORTANT NOTE: When you Temporarily Pause / Deactivated your teams Hypadrive.ai Business Account, the Business Account will revert to the free account status which includes only allowing the Primary Account Admin user to continue to access the account; all other users will not be able to access their user accounts/the teams Business Account whilst the account is Temporarily Paused / Deactivated. All active programs will stop and be marked as 'STATUS: Stopped'. The Primary Account Admin who continues to have access to the teams Business Account will be able to view all data but will not be able to launch a new program or add a new team member until they resume payment to enable those functions.
Hypadrive.ai offers other services purchased through our platform on an as required basis. Some of these services incur a once off upfront charge. Others incur a monthly, bi-annual or annual charge. With regards to services that renew after initial purchase, you are able to cancel these services at anytime. If you do cancel these services, you will continue to have access to them until their renewal date; at which point the cancelled service will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access it.
