How does my email sending schedule work and how can I manage settings of this?

Emails are sent based on the location of the contact you are reaching out to. The time of day that messages are sent are optimised by our AI Engine and are typically between 7am and 7pm. Our AI Engine decides on send times based on a variety of factors including the location of the contact (provided by you when you upload a contact record) as well as factors like what time of day is soliciting the most engagement from contacts (a metric our platform tracks), and how many emails you are sending from the mailbox per day. Based on these factors, our AI Engine will manage and optimise email send times on your behalf.

NOTE: you cannot manually determine the exact time of day that your messages will be sent. You must trust the systems AI Engine to manage this for you. You can decide to choose the time delay between the touch-points in your programs outreach sequence - or you can opt again to let the AI Engine manage and optimise the time delay between your outreach sequence touch-points.
