How do Error Messages work

Error messages are built into the platform to help you understand what is wrong with a step you are working on so that you can easily go back and fix it.

Error messages currently exist in the Create a Program / Program Details page. Each step has validation criteria - information that must be provided by you in order to consider the step complete and ready for you to launch the program. If you do not enter the information, then you will see an error message (Caution Symbol) on the Program Details page next to the step.

Hovering over the caution symbol will display a pop up screen explaining what the error is so that you can fix it.

Error messages also exist in the Audience Criteria Step of the Create a Program workflow. When you create a program, one of the steps in configuring the audience / contacts you will be reaching out to. Hypadrive.ai is designed to help you avoid common contact data issues e.g. invalid contact details such as emails and preventing poor recipient experience by stopping your team from contacting a person who is already in one of your active outreach programs or who has previously nominated their wish to be unsubscribed from your communication.

This helps you work more effectively and protects your brand and reputation by being aware of and concerned for the recipient experience of the person you are reaching out to engage with.

If there is a problem with your contact record, you will see an error via the caution symbol. There may sometimes be multiple errors with a contact record. Hover over the caution symbol to view details of the error(s) you have received and understand what you need to do in order to fix them.
