At this stage, yes you need to source the contact information that will be used in your outreach program and upload it for use in your program.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the quality of your contact list is incredibly important - particularly when you are conducting cold outreach / reaching out to contacts who you have no prior relationship with. Focus on targeting relevant contacts, with relevant messaging and make sure the contact data you have on each contact is accurate and still valid. As an added protection for you, we run a mandatory verification check on the contact data you import into Hypadrive.ai - this is done in order to ensure contact data accuracy which leads to superior program performance and helps to alleviate many of the pitfalls associated with poor quality contact data. Any contacts you upload whose contact details do not pass the validation check will not be able to be contacted via Hypadrive.ai. They will need to be removed from your outreach program before sending begins.
