At this stage, email is the only communication channel available on the Hypadrive.ai platform. This means you (the user) can only execute email communications from the Hypadrive.ai platform. 'Email only' communication is part of the 'Email Outreach Plan'; which costs less per user seat per month but also restricts you to only using email as a communication channel. It is NOT YET possible to build outreach sequences that use communication channels other than email e.g. LinkedIn, Phone, SMS, WhatsApp etc... Hypadrive.ai is currently working on developing the 'Multi-Channel Outreach Plan' which WILL enable you (the user) to utilise a multi-channel approach to your outreach activities.
