No this functionality is not yet online which is why this option is not able to be interacted with/selected inside the Hypadrive.ai platform when creating a new outreach program and indicating the type of program you want to run (e.g. cold outreach or people I know). We are aiming to enable users to use Hypadrive.ai to contact both new contacts via 'cold outreach' programs as well as existing contacts via 'people I know' outreach programs; however this functionality is currently in development and is scheduled to be online/available to users by the end of the 2024 calendar year.
Hypadrive.ai is currently an outreach automation platform designed for cold outreach use cases. That being said, we have found that teams conducting cold outreach also conduct outreach activities to people they already know and have some prior communication interaction/history with; both use cases/approaches are valid and can benefit from a tool like Hypadrive.ai. Hypadrive.ai is a tool ultimately designed to help users structure, automate and optimise direct communication activities; whether that be to new audiences or existing ones. Our platform provides the necessary tools and processes to empower individuals and teams to grow their businesses and achieve their goals via scalable and automatable direct contact communication activities.
