Yes. We do have limits on the number of contacts you can include in a cold outreach program. This is because generalised mass blasts to large groups of people who you have no prior history with are often ineffective (as well as look like spammer behavior and can negatively impact your sender reputation). Hypadrive.ai does not support mass spam behavior - instead, when it comes to cold outreach in particular, we provide you with the tools and strategies to maximize your ability to effectively and positively engage new audiences for the benefit of your business.
Programs perform best when they are targeted and aimed at smaller more targeted groups and they include more personalised and relevant information for the individuals that are being reached out to. As a result, each cold outreach program cannot have more than 1000 contacts associated with it.
NOTE: If a program worked particularly well and you want to reuse the program (e.g. your touchpoint messaging and sender details) for a new one, you can duplicate and send a new program to your remaining/other contacts.
